Assessments & Follow Up

All new clients begin with a comprehensive nutrition assessment lasting between 60-83 minutes depending on diagnosis.

Follow up appointments last 55 minutes.

Weekly to monthly visits recommended.

Virtual Consulting

Insurance can be billed for virtual visits for Oregon and California residents, coverage varies based on insurance plans.

Out of state residents can see Abby for cash pay.

Initial consultations are $308

Follow up sessions are $264.

"Out of Network" Provider for all other insurance companies. If there is an appropriate medical diagnosis, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is up to you to know the terms for reimbursement and speak to your insurance company prior to our session.
I do not participate in Medicare and cannot provide a Medicare "opt out letter" to supplemental insurance at this time.

Not all insurances will cover Medical Nutrition Therapy. It depends on your specific plan and medical diagnosis. 

Check your benefits prior to appointment and/or inquiries:

Do ask what ICD 10 codes are covered: Z71.3 (prevention), F50.9 (eating disorder), etc. 
Do ask if deductible is waived, you have the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and visit limits.
